Drugs

The ‘Drug browser’ page at https://pgx-db.org/drug_lookup or https://pgxdb.org/drug_lookup/ is designed to show all the collected drugs. In this page you will find:

1. A search box as the top to enable searching any drug by drug name or Drugbank ID. Our autocomplete feature suggests possible matches as you type.

2. In each row showing basic drug information, you can see links to mored detailed drug information in Drugbank as well as link to a tripartite network visualizations for drugs, targets and indication nodes. When available, Adverse drug reactions can be retrieved.
